Most of the ingredients in the jams and jellies are locally grown by my neighbors, many of them local farmers and Amish. The spices come from the local Amish bulk store!

Elderberry jelly was always one of my mom’s favorite jellies. As a young girl, my sisters and I would pick the elderberries in the fields and mom would make jelly. This was the first jelly I learned to make.
